I'm looking for someone that will love this business as much as I do. Someone that I can train to take over completely or at least allow me to slow down and reduce my work load. That person must genuinely love people, love to entertain be able to pay attention to details and not be bothered by a 60 hour week. My husband will retire soon and my goal is to share that retirement with him!
